Martha and I have been a Brae Burn residents since end of 2000, having purchased in mid-2000. I am a Florida Cracker and Martha come from Washington DC, MANY years ago.

I am an active in Real Estate as Don Woods Realty in New Smyrna Beach.  I am a licensed R.E. Broker in both FL and NC.

I am a formal member in the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors MLS, the Technology, and Professional Standards Committees; the Past Commander of the Ponce de Leon Sail & Power Squadron and current Life & Exec Comm member in the Daytona Beach Sail & Power Squadron; webmaster for both the local Power Squadron and their USPS District website, the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors website, the WNC mountians Toxaway Views Condo HOA website, plus several other websites; VP/Director of the WNC mountians Toxaway Views Condo HOA, and past    Director of the Brae Burn HOA.

Martha is very active in the New Smyrna Beach Garden Club,  volunteers two afternoons/week at the Coronado Methodist Church Boutique; and is an devoted gardener and reader. She is also a Florida licensed real estate Sales Associate.

Interests: Boating, photography, waterfalls hiking, computer technology.

My favorite thing about living in Brae Burn is: Private, quite, very nice neghborhood, yet close to everything.

On Saturday you can most often find me: Somewhere around.
