Dear Homeowners: ( Those of you here during the summer)
The pressure washing of the homes will resume on Monday, July 18. The pressure washing is low pressure and includes the gutter, fascia and drip cap area. The wood siding and overhang area is a very low pressure rinse to remove cobwebs and surface debri.
The touch-up painting is nearly complete. Some minor touch-up is to be completed on areas of new caulking and areas of the masonry foundation that have been primed but not finish painted.
