Brae Burn HOA

We are adding a screen room to the rear of our house and have removed the privacy fence.  It is 8' x 8' .  Free to anyone who can use it.  Same color as BB III houses.

We got a call early in the week from Bob Lack that someone wanted it. I don't know who it was. I will call Bob and ask, then let you know.

I spoke to Bob yesterday and he said if someone wanted it to let them have it. So it is yours.
