During the past three weeks there have been two estate sales that have violated Sugar Mill policies. Once again this is a reminder that garage sales are not permitted in Sugar Mill at any time. Estate sales are permitted only if all items for sale are kept inside the home and any advertisements can only give a telephone number so that interested people can schedule appointments to come to the home to view the items for sale. No address can be advertised so that people cannot randomly stop at any given time of the day. Also, no signs are allowed advertising the estate sale at any time. At our next Board meeting we will be discussing what penalties will be imposed on Residents who violate these Sugar Mill policies. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter and we know that most Residents respect these rules.
